All our cleaners are trained on the products and services provided by Clean and Care Services.
We schedule your cleaning within 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. If you prefer not to be present at the time of the service, we request you provide us a way to enter and exit (e.g. lockout lock, key, alarm code, etc). We take great care to ensure keys or security codes are kept safe and secured.
For residential services, we request your payment at the time of the first cleaning and you will be billed monthly thereafter. For commercial services, we send invoices monthly. It is important we gain your trust and earn yours in return. All payments should be made to Clean and Care Services.
If you do not need us to tidy your clothes or other personal items, we kindly request you put them away so we can complete our service in minimal time. Certainly, this information will be discussed with you during our initial consultant.
We take great care in ensuring your precious items are not damaged or destroyed. We are fully insured and bonded, our employees are very trustworthy. However, in the event something is damaged by one of our cleaners during our service, we will make every effort to repair (or where necessary) replace the item(s).
No. We will provide all the equipment and cleaning supplies. However, some of our clients prefer to use their equipment (e.g. vacuum) and cleaning supplies.
We kindly request you provide us at least 48-hours notice if you need to cancel or change a scheduled cleaning visit. We understand this may likely occur when a scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday.
